Eligibility

By booking a call or using our website, you confirm that:

- You are 18 years or older.

- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

- You will use our services only for lawful purposes.

 

Whisper & Willow does not knowingly collect or permit minors to use our services.

 

Hours of Operation

Our listening sessions are available daily from 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM (MST). All bookings must be made through our approved booking platform and prepaid prior to the session.

 

Booking & Payments

Payment must be made at the time of booking via our secure payment processor (Stripe). Sessions are booked in advance through our website.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

- You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund or credit.

- Sessions canceled less than 12 hours before are non-refundable.

- If Whisper & Willow cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or a reschedule option.

 

Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

What We Collect:

- Name, email address, and phone number (provided during booking).

- Payment information (processed securely through Stripe;

We never store card details.)

- Optional notes you share during booking.

Confidentiality of Calls:

- All conversations are private and confidential within legal limits.

- We do not record calls unless explicitly stated and agreed to by both parties

- Exceptions to confidentiality include threats of harm, child or elder abuse, or legal obligations.

 

Code of Conduct

By using our services, you agree to treat listeners with respect and kindness. You agree not to engage in harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior. Whisper & Willow reserves the right to terminate any session immediately, without refund, if these rules are violated.
